RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REPAIRS

RETURNS:

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns.  Exchanges only.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery.  To start an exchange please click here and in the subject box type “Exchange Request”.  

REPAIRS

Any damages that occur within 30 days of delivery will happily be repaired free of cost.  To start a repair, please send a picture of the piece needing repair to hello.orionandcompany@gmail.com.  Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
