Shipping policy

As Orion and Company is currently a 1-2 person team, please gracious and understanding. Allow us 5-10 days to process and package your order.  Keep in mind that shipping times do not include in house processing time. 

 

Free shipping is offered on orders over $75.  First Class takes about 3-5 business days.  Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days and includes insurance.  Tracking information is provided for both methods.  Once your package has left our hands and is in transit, Orion and Company is no longer responsible.  If your item gets lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you need to contact USPS/UPS.
